DESCRITPION: Keep warm with our Mulled Wine Spice kit! We pack all the spices you need. Just add Wine, sweetener and fresh orange!  Instructions included. 

INGREDIENTS: cinnamon sticks, star anise, black peppercorns, green cardamom pods, cloves, ground ginger, dried citrus

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

1 X (750 ml) bottle of red wine or 1 liter of cloudy apple juice
      (non alcoholic), 1 cup water, 1/2 – 1 cup brandy, cognac or orange liqueur, optional, 1/4 – 1/2 cup honey or raw sugar (to your taste), zest and juice from 1 orange

INSTRUCTIONS: Pour the wine into a large saucepan with contents of this bag. Add 1 cup of water, 1/4-1/2 cup of honey or raw sugar, 1/2 – 1 cup brandy or cognac (optional) and the zest and juice of 1 orange. Do not allow to it come to a boil. Warm over a low heat for at least 1/2 hour, the longer it heats the more flavor it will have. Strain and serve. Garnish each mug with an orange wedge or orange peel dropped in and/or a cinnamon stick. TO STORE: let mulled wine cool completely, before popping it into and airtight container. Store in fridge up to 3 days.

The Best Before will not be featured on our online store as it changes frequently. When you purchase online, you will find these details on the container for your reference.  These dates are are recommendation for Maximum freshness, but a lot of our stock is still consumable after this date.  If you ever receive something you believe to be out of date and off, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue

We recommend all our products be stored in a sealable container kept in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight. Pantry and/or cupboard storage is perfect! If a product requires special storage instructions we will provide that information in your order.

Our store layout is organized to keep Gluten Free items and items that contain gluten displayed as safety as possible to avoid potential cross contamination. Every item also has its own scoop/spoon, which is sanitized throughout the day. Because of the nature of our store there is a risk that food may have been packed in areas containing allergens. These allergens could include peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, sesame seeds, soy, lupin and wheat (including, rye, barley, oats, spelt and cereals) We have procedures in place to avoid cross-contamination in-store and when packing online orders, however, this is not a guarantee.

If you want to take advantage of our click and collect option, you can drop us your containers before we pack your order. If we are not open at the time you need to leave your containers, we have a safe storage area located at our back door. Just leave your name and order number somewhere in the bag. If you prefer certain items to be packed in specific containers, please have them labeled clearly.

We want you to enjoy our products to the fullest! Please keep in mind that some items (like our delicious chocolate and LSA) can be sensitive to weather, so it's best to store all of our goods in a cool, dark place. To prevent spoilage, we advise against leaving your order outside for prolonged periods of time, especially if you won't be home to receive it. If you won't be available, please let us know and we'll do our best to make sure your order is delivered safely. However, please note that we cannot take responsibility for any loss, damage, or melted goods after delivery.

Should you wish to change or cancel an order that has been placed with our online store, please contact us immediately (0421 640 640) and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible. As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this
process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Bellarine Wholefoods due to the cancellation of your order. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not been packed or dispatched we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
